Blaze got lost

Had a Charge 2 for over a year and loved it! Recently upgraded to a Blaze and learned it was a huge mistake. I got to the gym this morning only to look down and find the Blaze pebble fell out of the bracelet. I think this design is faulty and Fitbit should be doing more for their loyal customers.  

I loved my Fitbit, so disappointed. Waste of $200.

I have never had this happen. You can hear clicks when its installed correctly

You also need to make sure the buttons line up.

I am sorry to hear about your lost Blaze pebble and thanks for the attachment. As mentioned, it's weird to hear that a Blaze pebble can get lost. I recommend keeping an eye on your inbox for further assistance and in the meantime, you can take a look at our warranty policy.

I just lost mine last night.  I didn't think it was possible.  I always snap it in and keep it snug without restricting my arm. I hate to buy another if this is now a possibility.
