Blaze won't hold a charge

Have had a Blaze for two years and always charged it via wall socket. It has just developed the problem of not holding charge. Having come to the forum, it is clear there has been an issue for sometime which has hopefully been resolved for new devices! Overall I have been happy with the Fitbit but if the fixes suggested in the thread don’t work I will not be replacing it. Let’s give Garmin a try.

It's great to see you around @SunsetRunner.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this battery issue. Are you still having battery problems with your Blaze? If so, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provide there.

I have tried everything suggested. Nothing works. Fitbit dead. Bought for me Christmas 2016. Cannot prove warranty so giving up. Technology great, product has too many problems apparently across the range. Will NOT get another one.
