Blaze got very hot

BurnI absolutely loved my fitbit Blazeuntil last week. Out of no where it wouldn’t charge. I got the “overheating” signal and fitbit was hit to the touch. I cooled and I thought I got it to charge. I put it on my wrist and a few minutes later felt a burning sensation like I was stung. Turns out my fitbit burnt me. Anyone else have this problem? I dont even want to try to charge the fitbit again and wear it.
