Blaze got wet

Hey guys, I bought my Fitbit about 2 days ago and it was working fine until today when we had a massive rainstorm in Melbourne, Australia. It obviously got wet but I assumed it was at least water resistant.

I put it in rice for the moisture to be absorbed but it still doesn't charge, turn on or even have the green light/heart rate sensor working. Can warranty be claimed on this?

Kind regards,

Aleks

Those are great news @Aleks1234, I am glad to hear that you will be receiving a new tracker. At the moment of receiving it you just need to do the following from your Fitbit app to set it up:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Happy stepping! Woman Happy
