I have had my Blaze since May of 2016, and never had any issues. Last night, I placed it on the charger, but when I put it on today, I noticed the battery was still on red and did not charge. I am now trying to charger it again and I am only getting a red sliver on the battery icon. Clearly there is a problem with the battery or the charger, but how do I know which one?

Maybe the contacts need to be cleaned.

I cleaned them with an alcohol wipe, both on the charger and the Fitbit 😞
