My Blaze quit keeping up with my heart rate a couple of days ago. On the Blaze there is no register on my heart rate, and the resting rate reads 62. One green light is blinking but extremely faint in color. The other light looks dead. I have tried all reset options with no luck. Any ideas?

Hey there @Bstruitt, it's great to see new faces, welcome! And thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.
Please confirm that there are the steps you followed to restart your Blaze:
If these steps are not the ones you did, I recommend restarting your tracker by doing them. Also, check that the heart rate feature is on or auto.
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()

I am also having the same problem, I tried resetting my Fitbit but the green lights are pretty much dead and the battery is still full

Mine has started doing this too, I've reset and restarted, any viable solution, apart from buying a new one?
