My fitbit blaze is not that old, yet, although is looked after, kept dry and charged regularly, a green light, sensor, has quit. My heart rate is not registering anymore. I have reset and restarted, any suggestions please?

Hold in the left button then swipe to settings. Is notification turned on?

Hi, Rich, tried that, held in left button, swiped to settings, can't see any notification icon, brightness, model number, on, off, that's all
