Blaze has just died

My blaze appears to have died - it buzzed like I received a notification but when I checked the screen was blank but the green lights were flashing.  Popped it on the charge as even though it was half charged I figured it might need charging.  This made it worse - still a blank screen and the green lights have stopped flashing and it won't switch on - I suspect it's beyond help but would welcome any suggestions.

Try resetting it. Hold the left and right bottom button together and this should reset it.

Hey there @Loulou1511@EsmeAna23 and @gec006, it's great to see new faces, welcome! And @Spin0620 thanks for stopping by.

I am glad to hear that for most of you the restart procedure has worked and that your trackers are working now. @Loulou1511 I would like to know if it has worked for you too? Keep in mind that if you need anything else, you can post it.

Catch you later. Woman Wink

Hi my Blaze Gunmetal which I bought October 2017 has stopped working. I tried the suggestion above but still no luck. Occasionally the Fitbit logo comes on and/or the low battery indicator comes on. When I charge it, everything disappears and the unit has stopped responding.
