Hi. I updated the app yesterday which helped with syncing but now the heart rate has been at zero for the last 6 hours or so. Turned phone off and on. Not done anything.
I have a blaze.

@Markallsop I hope you have a Blaze, the post is in the Blaze forum, but your asking about the Fitbit app and hav not mentioned what phone the app is on.
Did you see the resting heart rate in the app?
Does the heart in the heart rate tile pulse big/small if it is pulsing it means the app is connected to you Blaze.
