Blaze has multiple problems

Is anyone else experiencing difficulties with their Blaze??? Mine started out working beautifully and I was obsessed with it.  But I have been experiencing so many problems with it not syncing, not charging, and my step counts are completely inaccurate!  I called customer service and they suggested I go to a track and walk a certain distance and then call back.  I did what they asked but it was still off.  I also put it on the charger and it no longer charges properly.  Sometimes I have to put it in the charger and take it out multiple times before it starts to charge.  All my coworkers have fitbits too and I've missed out on a bunch of workweek hustles because I'll charge it the night before work and wake up to a dead Fitbit!  They've even walked an X amount of steps with me and when we compared readings mine was always way off compared to theirs.  I'm so sick of all these problems as I paid over a hundred dollars for this.

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

If that doesn't help then reply to the open case you already have to support
