Blaze having difficulty syncing

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I am currently using Beats Bluetooth headphones along with my fit-bit blaze during workouts. since the addition of the headphones it seems my blaze doen't stay synced with my phone going up to 12 hours without updating. I can not control my music from blaze when my headphones are connected. lastly I had difficulty getting a firmware update recently, which I believe is related to the interaction with the head phones. any answers to these questions would be appreciated.

It's great to see you around @Finchj70. If you are having problems updating the firmware of your Blaze, I recommend restarting it. After the restart process, follow the instructions provided in the How do I update my tracker's firmware? post. About the music control, verify that your phone's bluetooth is connected with your Blaze and follow the instructions provided in this post.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

Have you tried the fit bit blaze restart and has it worked to allow you to sync again

yes restarting will allow it to sync, but the issue is having to manually do it. It seems to me I should be able to use the headphones and have the blaze reconnect when I'm done automatically.

Not knowing what phone you have @Finchj70, this might not help.

On Marshmallow settings-bluetooth tap the device, you will see options to disable/inable features. I disabled the keybord input in my headphones, This allows the Blaze to control music.
