I am currently using Beats Bluetooth headphones along with my fit-bit blaze during workouts. since the addition of the headphones it seems my blaze doen't stay synced with my phone going up to 12 hours without updating. I can not control my music from blaze when my headphones are connected. lastly I had difficulty getting a firmware update recently, which I believe is related to the interaction with the head phones. any answers to these questions would be appreciated.

It's great to see you around @Finchj70. If you are having problems updating the firmware of your Blaze, I recommend restarting it. After the restart process, follow the instructions provided in the How do I update my tracker's firmware? post. About the music control, verify that your phone's bluetooth is connected with your Blaze and follow the instructions provided in this post.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. ![]()
Best Answeryes restarting will allow it to sync, but the issue is having to manually do it. It seems to me I should be able to use the headphones and have the blaze reconnect when I'm done automatically.
Best AnswerNot knowing what phone you have @Finchj70, this might not help.
On Marshmallow settings-bluetooth tap the device, you will see options to disable/inable features. I disabled the keybord input in my headphones, This allows the Blaze to control music.
