Is there a way I can get the heart rate monitor to stop going out on me at the height of my workout? It always seems to go out in the last five minutes of my workout, usually when I'm at a high intensity, and sometimes, it resets and doesn't come back to the level I know the heart rate actually is. I was out on a long, hard walk tonight and my HR was in the 130s, but it lost contact and then spent the last five minutes of the workout in the 60s and 70s.

The same thing would happen to me during the later stages of my runs; especially on days when I would sweat more.  I have found if I tighten the band so the tracker will not move at all when I'm sweaty and moving fast, the heart rate graph is far more accurate.

A warm welcome to the Community @adamwebb900 and @shipo thanks for stopping by.

I think that our friend's recommendation can be taken into consideration, have you tried this? Also, in this post, our friend @FerdinandFitbit is providing good tips on how to wear your tracker to have better heart rate readings.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy
