Blaze heart rate problems

Hi everyone.

Had my blaze for 7 months, and I'm having issues with heart rate. First it stopped recording heart rate altogether but after looking in settings I changed the heart rate from auto to on. Thought this sorted the problem but it is no longer recording when I am doing my workout. It records while going about my day but any work out it has --. Anyone have this problem and any advice? I have tried loosening it, tightening it while working out but nothing seems to work 🙄

Thank you for sharing this information about what you've experienced with your Blaze device not tracking heart rate information properly. 

 

Besides the suggestions you've mentioned about loosening it, tightening it while working out, make sure that you've followed all the steps in this article. If you continue to experience the same behavior, make sure that you've also tried to restart your device by following these steps.
