I am using Fitbit Blaze. While the heart rate monitor is in on position, the light is blinking continuously, on off position the light is off but in auto position, then also the light is blinking continuously even if I remove the band and keeps on stable surface.

Could you please be more specific about the issue you are experiencing with your Blaze? If you have your heart rate option "On" the LED lights will blink even if you are not wearing the tracker. Please check the help article What should I know about my heart rate data?.
