The heart sensor on my Blaze is not working.

I have tried to reset several times, reinstall the app but nothing.

 

Can anyone help?

Welcome to the Community Forums @Faulks! I'm sorry for the late response. Thanks so much for troubleshooting your Blaze to solve the issue with the heart rate sensor. 

I was about to create a support case on your behalf, but I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and that they have helped you with this.
