I have a Blaze and the green lights have stopped flashing on the back and it no longer reads my heart rate. Everything else is working fine.

Have you checked the heart rate setting on the Blaze?

A warm welcome to the Forums @EllieChan and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by.
As suggested by our friend here, please check that the heart rate option is in "On" or "Auto". You just need to swipe to the tracker's settings and see this. Also, I recommend restarting your Blaze.
Let me know the outcome. ![]()

I’m having the same issue. It’s not flashing at all. I’ve restarted and shut down and nothing works. I think it’s tracking my steps but not my heart rate. The heart rate is set on auto as well. Can someone help please.
