Blaze heart rate sensor not working

Hello all,

 

My Blaze heart rate sensor has stopped working I've tried all suggestions that I have read on the forums and still doesn't work. I purchased it from Argos and is still in warranty. Do I contact Argos or Fitbit about replacement?

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Can you please confirm that these are the step you did in order to restart your tracker:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

 

Also, I recommend from your Blaze swiping to settings and check that the heart rate option is in on or auto. Now about your inquiry, it will depend on you. You can contact directly Argos and follow their warranty policy.
