My Blaze bights bright green with HR off. Hoping to get a response on this. Saw a similar chat started 8/20, but doesn’t look like any solution was provided. Many of the solutions I saw I tried with no success. Any help would be appreciated.

It's great to see you around @PennBT.

If your Blaze heart rate sensor is working even when you have the this set to off, I recommend double checking that this feature if "Off" by swiping to settings and select this. You can also try to restart your tracker.
