Blaze heart rate tracker

Sometimes when I am sitting or driving, I look at my wrist and see -- under my heart rate tracker. I understand my HR will be relatively small range while just sitting. BUT, if I want to see my heart rate, I should be able to see it, not just a "--" any ideas?

I would hate to return for a new blaze (I just purchased this blaze 3 days ago) if i do not need to. Thank you!

When you see "--" it's not that your heart rate is low, it's that your fitbit is unable to get a reading. There are a few possible causes for this and fitbit have produced the following help file on the subject:

It's great to see you here @Mjs2007 and @SteveH thanks for stopping by.

About the heart rate reading, I recommend taking a look at this post, where you will be able to find information about what might be affecting this reading and some steps to improve it.

See you later. Woman Happy
