I have recently bought Fitbit Blaze coming from another product, and I am really happy with this. I do think it is really nice and it does a pretty good job. I also appreciate Fitbit policy to look forward to the innovation and improvements driven by customers requests, I belive it is an important key point to success.
I have reported my suggestions below, I do think these can help to improve the product.
⁃ Bug fix on heart monitor jump during training session. Sometimes, during a training session, Blaze HR has up to 30bpm higher or lower than real heart rate : more probably sensor looses temporary tracking and it produces big step on hr curve: hopefully simple limiting max value of HR incremental excursion before integration can fix it (technical)
⁃ Option to allow screen always on during training by holding a button
⁃ Option to enable do not disturb mode in resting time, which disables display-on-by-movements feature and notifications. Rest time could be selectable by app
⁃ Turn on backlight during either notifications or received calls
⁃ Add more clock faces. It will be really nice to have a basic weather forecast information in a clock face by an icon
⁃ It will be nice to have What's app notification by option
⁃ I think the algorithm of Resting Heart Rate could be improved, it appears to me too much under estimated
Thanks
Regards

Before adding any new suggestion @Piero71 please do a search of the feature request board. The only suggestion that I see that hasn't already been suggested is the improvement of the resetting heart rate algorithm. The other suggestions can be found and voted on.
