hello everyone!
I had the issue with receiving my new blaze basically dead and unable to charge initially. I was stuck on the setup screen, left it charging for 5 hrs, nothing. Reset it, nothing. Then I came across my iPad charging block wich was different amps than all my other updated android blocks( 2.0) amps. It was a 1.0 amp and finally charged!!! After it was charged and setup. I could then charge it with any block 2.0 or rapid charger. Even when it wouldn't turn on. My guess probably a glitch in the software.
Just and fyi: when looking at the blocks, the letters are really small go get ya flashlight and glasses lol!

You need to make sure you are using the correct charging device or you will ruin the battery
