Blaze won't turn on

My blaze wont come on at all. It shows the battery charging when plugged in but it won't show home screen. I've tried pressing buttons. It's blank screen. It tried this morning and showed a time with lines across the screen. It worked fine last night and this morning it wouldn't come back on.

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
