So after contacting support my Blaze is dead after 1.5 years of use. Sad to see a product not hold up. I'm offered a 25% discount, they send me a link. Blaze is no longer shown on fitbit's site, it's replaced with Versa. So i'm asking for a 25% discount on Versa and i'm told NO! I'm a customer willing to take another chance on a Blaze's replacement product and i'm told by customer service, no we can't do that. Really?

If you are past the warranty coverage they will only replace it with a Blaze if you purchased a extended warranty at the time of purchase.

The Blaze has been discontinued. So it can not be replaced with a Blaze
What other options did they give you? They will only replace at the same value. I believe the Versa is more $$ than the Blaze was

they won't replace, i'm out of my 1 year warranty period by 6 months. I'm offered 25% off these options

Seems Blaze and Versa are $199, the Ionic is more. Versa replaced the Blaze or so I've read, that's why I'm asking for Versa, same price point.
