my fitbit Blaze keeps vibrating even after i picked up the call. To make things worse, when i make calls and the other person picks up the call, my fitbit randomly vibrates for 20 seconds.

I started experiencing this issue with the update of iOS 13. I waited for iOS 13.1 to be released hoping the issue would be resolved but vibrating still occurs after a call is answered. Suggested troubleshooting was also unsuccessful.

I used to have the same issue until I recently turned off Bluetooth Classic on the Blaze and unpaired that from my Samsung S5 Phone. Now call notifications seem to be instant and stop when the call hangs up.
