Blaze is freezing

I have question everyone,

 

My place is the keeps freezing up, has anybody been having the same problem if so, what did you do to fix it? He's been doing that for the last few days do you recommend any ideas? If so, let me know and if there is a way to fix it let me know as well. Thank you so much and let me know how many people have had this problem.

It's great to see you around @davek395865 and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by.

 

As requested, could you please be more specific about the issue you are experiencing? Is your tracker freezing? If it is, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
