Blaze is not charging

Recently opened a brand new blaze roughly two weeks ago. Yesterday it stopped charging. It turns on but when in the charging dock the battery just doesn’t charge it moves but doesn’t keep a charge. Has anyone had the same thing.

I was given a Blaze two years ago for Christmas and loved it; bought many bands for it and now it will not hold a charge for more than a few minutes. I am left with lots of cool bands and no tracker since they no longer sell the Blaze model.

I cannot find any solution I have bought three different chargers and none of them will get it to hold a charge anymore.  I am thinking of buying another brand of tracker after this but I really loved my fitbit.

Thank you for your reply. I only opened mine two weeks ago and it’s not keeping a charge either. It’s terrible for the price you pay. I’ve emailed Fitbit so hopefully they will do something. My daughter has a £10 one that’s working better think il be better buying one of them.
