Same here! So disappointing. I’m four months past the year warranty and all they would would offer is 25% off a new FItbit device. No thanks I’m not spending hundreds of dollars on your products that don’t last.

I've had the same scenario and they indicate there is an android software issue regarding Fitbit blaze not holding charge. There interim is an offer of 25% toward the next Fitbit purchase. This is my 1st replacement from them and my warranty has expired. I am completely upset that I paid over $200 for this device and now Fitbit Inc. will not provide another replacement to keep me as their customer of which I've been for May 2016. Fitbit support is not supportive iin their attempt to keep its customers. Good luck!!

Me too! I got a replacement in February of last year and it just recently started dying, all I get is a 25% discount, no thank you! I’m not getting another Fitbit product, and neither is my family, they got the ionic, and both of them had to replace them, and we’re switching to garmin, apple or polar...

I am having a similar problem. Are the lights on the back of the watch on constantly and very bright, or are they dull and flickering? Mine are on permanently and extremely bright.

I had the same thing with my Blaze, weeks after my warranty ended! I don't it's acceptable to expect people to pay for a new Fitbit within 2 years. Batteries should be replaceable in this modern day! It's what we used to do with 'regular' watches!

No it doesn't.... battery drained and Fitbit Inc. Will not provide replacement only a small discount to purchase another upscale device.

Your comment are well intended yet results are not effective. The battery life is no longer chargeable and Fitbit Inc. Fix is to purchase another upscale device with a small discount offered by them. Please don't have good people who purchased a high end Fitbit go off on wild tangents seeking a result that will have no effect on battery life. Thank you....

This is now my 3rd type of Fitbit. I have had replacements sent for all 3 due to them breaking, either right before the year mark or right after. I have never owned a Fitbit that lasted more than 18 months before something became defective. Yet again, just about a year after I was given a replacement Fitbit Blaze, the charge will no longer hold. I am sick of paying all the $$ to FItbit for a product that cannot last 2 years. It is a waste of money. Not only does the running feature not accurate when calculating distance, but the breakage of the product is horrible. Fitbit needs to get it together and produce a quality product for once, let alone, they took off the feature to contact via email to a support person.. possibly because they are constantly inundated with warranty and faulty products.
Fitbit you have lost a customer that has been with you for close to 6 years due to the faulty product and waste of money you produce.

There's got to be another Avenue where we can vent and truly be heard by Fitbit Inc. Regarding their faulty battery issues. There response to the issue is greatly unacceptable and any replicable company would stand/ get out in front of this issue with customer satisfaction. This need to be elevated through other media avenues the lack of support shown to dedicated customers. Thanks for your inputs.

Hello and understand your dilemma yet Fitbit Inc. Fix is to have their loyal customers purchase a new device with a percentage off their next purchase. I have elected to NOT seek another device and get frustrated after one year when the battery is no longer chargeable or warranty expired.
