Hi @Himanshu2208, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the delay in my response.

Thanks for letting me know about your Blaze. It seems that your Redmi Note 7 Pro isn't yet part of the supported devices list, and this should be the reason why the notifications stopped working. While the notifications might not always work, I'd recommend to verify the following:

  1. The Fitbit app and your Blaze are updated to the latest version.
  2. There aren't other devices with the Bluetooth enabled.
  3. The notifications are enabled in your Blaze. To verify, hold the top right button for three seconds.
  4. Your phone must be within 30 feet and the Do Not Disturb settings in your phone must be off.

Also, please try the following steps:

  1. Remove the Blaze from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Go to your phone’s settings and tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  3. Then go back to the previous screen and tap on the option “Force stop”.
  4. Reboot your phone and restart your Blaze.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and tap the Account icon > Blaze > Notifications.

Give it a try and let me know how it goes.
