Blaze is not registering steps

I've had in my Fitbit for 15 minutes and it will not start counting my steps, also last night it reset my steps from 13,000 to 9,000 . Any suggestions???

The same thing happened to me but I've had it for over a year! I went out and was nearly at 7000 steps got home and looked at it and it had reset to zero tried restarting it and my phone multiple times and can't get my steps for the day to come back

A warm welcome to the Forums @Jsmith502 and @Superkarinag. I would like to know if you keep having problems with your Blaze? If you do, I recommend restarting your trackers and test them. Now about the reset at midnight, could you please be more specific about this? Your tracker isn't resetting all of your steps at midnight?
