Swipe option not working

Got a new blaze. All set up on my phone  ok but I can't swipe the fitbit. I've checked for a screen protector & there isn't one. Anyone help xxx

This should get it working.

I would like to know if you keep having problems the the swipe option? If you do, as recommend, please restart your Blaze and about the screen protector, Fitbit don't sell screen protectors since the Blaze display is really resistant.
