Blaze is not showing correct time

Any suggestions: my fit bit blaze is not showing correct time. Can't change in settings because I forget log on and password. Suggestions?

When in the log in screen ask for it to send password.

I just read on another post that when you manually power down or battery drain, you need to sync the Blaze to get the correct time. my first thoughts are $200 and all that tech and it cannot keep time if powered down manually or the battery I assume dies. Does not make any sense to me.
