Blaze is not syncing time

I just got back from vacation and was able to sync my time to be on the local time in Bermuda where I was. When I got back to AZ, where I live, it will not sync back. My time is correct on my phone but every time I sync, it is still on Bermuda time and it is quite annoying. I have shut the watch down several times to see if that helps and it has not.

Hi @vinalesm. It's nice to see a new member around, and I'm sorry for the delay in my response.

 

I'm sorry to hear that your Blaze is showing the incorrect time, and thanks for having tried the restart process. Nice job! Since your phone shows the correct time, I'd recommend to check if the time zone is also correct in the Fitbit app. To do that please do the following steps:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon.
  2. Tap Advanced Settings.
  3. Under Time Zone, turn off and back on the "Set Automatically" option.
  4. Sync your Fitbit device.
