Blaze is not syncing

Blaze with latest software updates. I created an exercise with a set duration and number of calories, that I manually log, when I have time to do it.  I just noticed that it will show up in my phone app's log (iPhone 6s, 10.2) with a red (not synced) in front of it.  Nothing I do will get that activity to sync, although everything else does.  If I tap on it, at the top of the app is a red band "! Tray again to sync," and tapping it starts a sync that again fails to sync this exercise. The only way I can log this is by desktop dashboard, which is annoying.  Why is this?  Thanks!

Sorry, NOT an accepted solution, despite the site forcing that status on me. Device syncs fine EXCEPT the exercises that I create. The presets work not the ones that I created.

Thanks for the information @ReddyKilowatt. Could you please tell me which phone you have so I can provide you the instructions to see if your Fitbit app is updated?

My blaze is not syncing with the app. Please help me on this.
