Blaze is not syncing

I just got a new phone and now I'm trying to sync my Fitbit by connecting it to bluetooth but it says that it declines the request.

 

What should I do?

@Bmunger2 that error is to be expected, when using the phones Bluetooth. 

To connect your Fitbit to the new phone.

-Make sure your old phone is off or at least 30 feet aeay.

-Download the Fitbit app

-Log into your Fitbit account

-You are all setup.

Happy fitbitting.

 

Now if you removed the the Fitbit from your account. You should not have.

You will need to :

-Log into the app

-Add your tracker as a new device

-Loosing any  steps not synced.

 

If more help is needed please let us know what phone you have? This is where 100% of the problem is.
