Is anybody else still having sync issues since update? I have tried all suggestions multiple times and still nothing. Come on Fitbit get this sorted out.

I'm having the same problem. Just purchased the Blaze on Saturday (July 😎 with everything working for 2 days. Now unable to sync since 9:30 pm last night. Checking and implementing help/forum suggestions to no avail.

My last successful sync was on Saturday - it's now Wednesday. Very frustrating.

Hi again. I eventually thought to restart my phone and my sync is now working. Good luck with yours.

First of all, thanks for troubleshooting this issue by yourselves. If you are having syncing inconveniences, I recommend following the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post. Also, please check if your phones are listed in our list of compatible mobile devices.

Received Help message to go through additional checks for phone compatibility and proper set up. Shut down the watch. Uninstalled and reinstalled Fitbit. No change until I simply restarted my Android phone. Sync is now working properly again.

The last time my Blaze synched was Sunday at 7:59am. I've done everything.. I've deleted and reinstalled the app... I've turned the Bluetooth off and on again... I've restarted my phone, restarted the Blaze, and tried the shutdown and restart with the Blaze too. Nothing is working. It's ridiculous. It's also 5 hours and 13 minutes slow, so I can't even wear the thing as a watch right now.

I have a Samsung s7 edge and have now tried turning the phone on and off and restarting fitbit, the phone is now seeing the fitbit ad has connected and synced.
fingers crossed it keeps working

Every night my blaze won't sync I have had the blaze for a year now with no issues, but now it's not syncing, I have restarted the blaze. Turned the blaze off restarted the app, deleted the app, reinstalled it, turned of my phone restarted that, turned off the Bluetooth than turned it back on, what else can I do.

@lanaboettcher without knowing the phone you sync through, i will give a general answer.
First is there any other device nearby that your tracker has ever synced through? If so turn it off now.
Lets go into your phones bluetooth settings and remove the tracker.
Make sure the app is up to date.
Restart the tracker.
Restart the phone
Now open the app and try a sync.

Those are great news @Gunnar62 and @runci21, I am glad to hear that your trackers are now syncing properly. If you need anything else, do not hesitate in posting it.
It's also great to see new faces @lanaboettcher and @ToriH, welcome! I would like to know if you keep having inconveniences syncing your trackers? If you do, please check my previous post and follow the instructions provided there.

I have the same issues... My last sync was 5 days ago. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, turn-on/off my Blaze as well as my phone's bluetooth. But still it is not syncing with the app. Please advise. Thank you!

My blaze will time will not sync, I have tried several times and it will not change since update.
