Blaze is not tracking my steps

My Blaze is not tracking my steps accurately, especially when I run. I first noticed when I ran on the treadmill which showed 5.4 miles and the Blaze only had 4.6. I thought it might be due to treadmill calibration. Then, I was intentional in counting my walking steps and the Blaze did not track the same # of steps. This morning, I used my GPS and ran 5 miles, however, the Blaze only tracked 8,600 steps. Since I am only 5' 3" I know this is not accurate.

They will never match. Your stride is different on a treadmill than normal

Welcome to the Forums @wgardner and @WendyB thanks for stopping by.

I would like to know if you keep having issues with your Blaze accuracy? If you do, I recommend restarting your tracker, walk 100 steps and let me know how many it registered. You can also adjust your stride length information.

Let me know the outcome. Smiley Happy
