Blaze is overheating

I have been trying to charge my Blaze off and on since yesterday but it overheats, does not go past a quarter charge and when I remove it from the charger the battery immediately depleted. I have been trying to reset it and doesn’t do so, I cannot swipe through screens in order to shut down.

Hey @mydawg and @SunsetRunner, welcome to the Forums.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourselves. @SunsetRunner, I've gone ahead and escalated your case to our support team, for them to take a deeper look at this. Please keep an eye on your inbox for further instructions.

Now @mydawg, I recommend restarting your Blaze by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Smiley Wink
