I sporadically receive notifications for the same old deleted calendar appointments. They are calendar appointments that were deleted from a shared iCloud calendar. My blaze is only connected to my iPhone 7s via bluetooth. Any help is appreciated.

This seems to be related to an known issue we're currently experiencing with iOS users after updating to iOS 13. So, I'd recommend to follow the steps in this article.
