put my blaze on and after 5 mins it said i did my 10.000 steps but i know i have not please help

Hi, 

Today my blaze recorded 5572 steps and 480 calories burned between 4am-4.15am. Well during that time i was sleeping. How did that happen? How can i remove those steps and calories from my log? 

 

I just checked my dashboard and its there on the graph but not in the list of activities. Therefore i cannot select it and delete.  Is there a way to delete that record?
