Blaze isn't receiving notifications

My Fitbit Blaze has been acting up the last few weeks. I have noticed that after about 4-5 hours it will stop receiving my notifications until I reset my phone. I have the iPhone 7. My sister has the same set up and is also experiencing this problem. It is not my phone, as none of my other Bluetooth devices are having any connection issues. I have reset the watch multiple times just to get the same outcome each time.

I have followed every step on the article. I have upgraded the Fitbit App. I have checked my phone for updates. Still receiving notifications for about 3-4 hours and then it stops, as my sisters is still doing the same thing as well.

My blaze isn’t receiving any text notification and I have followed all the steps as well. Please help fix the issue.

Did you ever get yours working? Im on my seconf Fitbit watch (Charge 2 was the first now a Blaze) and neither will recieve text noticifications.

It started working this morning outbthe blue. Last night I hooked it up to its original charger and to the computer. And removed the app and reinstalled it. Then let it sync. I shut it down and then let charger. I woke up to it receiving notifications.

I've never used the texting feature on my Blaze.
