Blaze isn't receiving notifications

Can't get my Fitbit Blaze classic watch do all functions with my Galaxy Samsung S9 phone. When will the technology be updated to support the Samsung Galaxy S9? Phone won't allow texts or calls to come through on the Fitbit Blaze watch.

A warm welcome to the Community @S9guy.

 

Keep in mind that when a phone isn't compatible it doesn't meant that it won't work with your tracker, you might just experience some connectivity issues. You can always try the instructions provide in the help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone but I don't guarantee it will work 100%.

Thanks for your reply...I am aware that the tracking feature or steps
function works...I primarily purchased the Fitbit for receiving texts and
calls. The main 2 features I wanted in the device...I can't get...really
frustrated. I updated my phone assumed Fitbit would as well...

As mentioned previously, you can always try the instructions provided in the link I provided. You can also make sure that you have internet connection and that your location is on.
