When I sync my Blaze the recorded steps return to zero, so on the dashboard nothing is recorded. This also occurs when I sync with my iPhone. I've deleted the app on the iPhone, deleted the Blaze from my dashboard on the computer, reset the Blaze loads of times no success. Any ideas what next? I am on a current software.
