In the last couple of weeks my Blaze won't connect to that app on my iPhone 8 Plus for morning runs. I have to go through the 'forget device' steps and reconnect/pair to get it working. Also, twice now, a couple of miles into my run my watch resets and I lose connection and data. Weird. And frustrating. Any help or ideas?

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If your tracker isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there.
About the second issue, could you please be more specific about it? Isn't your tracker registering your run or is it stopping in the middle of it? Are you making sure that your clothes or anything else is touching the tracker's display?
