Blaze isn't syncing

My Blaze has the hourly activity tracked on my watch but will not sync to my app as well as my sleep log. Help! I have reset my Blaze, app, and phone.

Hey @Dudleya, welcome to the Community.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If your tracker isn't syncing, you won't be able to see your information. I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there.

I have followed those steps and it doesn't seem to be working. 

My heart rate monitor isn't working (which would explain the sleep, but not active hours).

If resetting everything isn't working, is my watch just breaking?

I’m having the same problem! For almost 2 weeks now! Synces to phone but no app. Can’t fix it for anything!!! So frustrating!
