Blaze isn’t working correctly

Blaze app isn’t logging my hourly activity. I have walked over 5 miles today, but is only showing my steps and floors. Says I’ve only burned 931 calories. Say I haven’t been active. But yet shows my 12,037 steps. Have turned everything off and on. Shut off Bluetooth. Then turned it back on. Reset. Nothing is working!

Thank you for sharing this information about your information not syncing or not showing up on your Fitbit account.  

 

If this behavior is related to a syncing problem, please confirm if you already tried all the steps listed here.Also, please make sure to check if the mobile device you're using is listed here as a compatible device to sync with the Fitbit app.  

 

If this is related to the Fitbit app, and the information is not being updated, please make sure to logout, then restart the phone and log back to check if your information is showing up correctly. 

 

I've also been informed that you already got in touch with the Customer Support team for further assistance with this. I hope everything goes well.
