New today was working set it up was ok for a while then just went off now cannot restart is fully charged but just dead please help

Welcome to the Community @Malqpr! Thanks for the details that you've mentioned. I would like you to double check that you fully charged it by following this procedure. After this, restart it.

I am experiencing the same problem. In the charger the display shows the battery is fully charged, but once out of the charger it appears to be dead in spite of going through all of the troubleshooting suggestions
