I setup my blaze in 2016. Had an issue with battery life in 2017. Customer service quickly replaced. Here I am one year later and I am having an issue with the Blaze not recognizing when I depress the left button. I have tried cleaning. I shutdown and restarted (using the left button). However, after restarting, it does not recognize the left/back button. I have contacted Customer service. No suggestions expect to buy a new product.
Just wondering if there are others the have continual annual issues with the watch

Around 3 months back, the right bottom button of my Fitbit Blaze stopped working. Since I could manage using the on screen touch facility and it was not the back button (left side button), I was still able to use it till today. Today, my Fitbit Blaze just died out on me altogether. Sheesh!
