Blaze just blackout

Was wearing my blaze to sleep to monitor my resting heartbeat and sleep habit, however noticed in the morning it was blackout. After pressing some it the buttons it is alive again. Any idea what happened?

Are you sure the battery didnt die? Or maybe was low?

When you have problems like that a restart will solve most problems
