Blaze keeps saying no notifications every few seconds

I got my Fitbit blaze for Christmas and it has worked fine until I charged it yesterday. Now it keeps notifying me every few seconds that I have "no notifications", I have shut it down and restarted it and it's still doing it. How can I fix it?

Also, it never did give me text or phone call notifications but that didn't really bother me, now it seems to be glitching like crazy!

A warm welcome to the Forums @Amanda8312.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Please confirm you are doing the following in order to restart your Blaze:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Hope to hear from you soon. Robot Happy

My blaze is doing the same thing and i have restarted it several times, which has not worked. This is real and is not corrected by a simple restart.

It finally stopped doing it after a few days.. then the time was way off, now it's right again... Mine is just temperamental I guess! Lol

it just stopped doing it or did you keep resetting it peridically? Glad yours is working now.
