Blaze keeps shutting down

I've had my fitbit for a year with no issues and now it keeps shutting down after a few minutes not sleep mode but completely shutting down and won't stay on

Thanks for letting me know about your Blaze behavior, and let's work on this together. Just to confirm, does this happen when doing a specific exercise? Also, do you see anything displayed when your device turns back on? In the meantime, I'd recommend to restart it by holding the left and bottom right buttons for 10 seconds. You should see the Fitbit logo displayed.
